Privacy on bmesoft.eu

This site is run by bmesoft, the individual developer Ondřej Spilka, Czech Republic. Contact: office@bmesoft.eu.

Contact form

When you send the form, your name, e-mail address and message arrive by e-mail at office@bmesoft.eu. They are used only to reply (a legitimate interest in answering your request) and kept no longer than needed for that. To protect against spam, a one-way hash of your IP address is stored briefly and removed once it is over an hour old, the next time the form is used.

YouTube

The video loads only after you click it. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube (Google), which receives data such as your IP address and applies its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site itself uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts and images load from this site. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object, by writing to office@bmesoft.eu. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

The mobiCut app

The app has its own privacy policy.
