Which phones does mobiCut run on?

Android phones and tablets with Android 10 or newer. On a tablet the editor also works in landscape: see Tablets and landscape.

Where do my exported videos go?

Into Movies/MobiCut on your phone, so they show up in your gallery. They are your files and stay there even if you uninstall mobiCut. See Export.

Does mobiCut copy or change my original video?

No. A project only links to the original and keeps a list of your edits, so it takes no extra space and the original is never changed. See What mobiCut is.

A project says it can't find its video. Are my edits lost?

No. Pick the same video again (from the gallery or the files) and all edits are kept. mobiCut checks that it has the same length. See Missing video.

Do I lose my projects when I uninstall the app?

Not if you tick Keep app data in the uninstall dialog. Projects are also saved to your Google backup. See Installation.

Does mobiCut need the internet?

No. Editing and export happen on the phone and nothing is uploaded. See the privacy policy.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free is a complete editor with no ads and no time limit. Pro adds a few extras, such as 4K export and every transition. See Editions.
